HISTORY
Colony Animal Hospital was established in July, 1961, by Dr. James H. Howard. He built the hospital at its present location, adding on to the facility as the practice grew. Dr. Howard retired in April 1999. Colony Animal Hospital is certified by the American Animal Hospital Association, which set a strict standard for both the facility and the practice of veterinary medicine. We have met these standards and have been certified continuously since 1965. Dr. Piske joined Colony Animal Hospital in 1983. He became a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practioners in 1986, and has maintained his specialty status ever since. |
